Family time in Lisle IL

I just adore this family.  I met Candice a few years ago after our mutual photographer friend Emily Lucarz introduced us.  Candice and I have celebrated quite a few birthday sessions, newborns, pregnancies, Santa sessions, and family sessions. It has been a great couple of years getting to know them all and I just love all of them.  It was so fun spending the morning with this bunch and having some family time in Lisle!

Lifestyle Family Session

I’m so excited to share one of my favorite lifestyle sessions that was shot last year right before the holidays.  This family has custom framed galleries all over their home.  Every room you walk in has beautiful boutique keepsakes on their walls displaying their favorite family photos.  It makes my heart happy to see tangible photo products on their walls.

These gorgeous barn wood style frames have a modern and rustic feel.  The prints shown in these images have a torn edge and are printed on a fine art paper.

This little girl had the most beautiful room.  Her walls are lined with Organic Bloom custom frames and showcase a beautiful newborn photo taken by the wonderful Emily Lucarz and two milestone sessions from our session together.  These whimsical frames are great for kids rooms, fireplace mantels, toy rooms, and staircases.  They come in a large variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.  I have frame samples and color swatches at my studio, so make sure to ask me about them at our session!

This little guy wanted to play on his bed and eat cheese puffs during our time together.  This represents lifestyle photography perfectly.  The simplicity of a boy eating cheese puffs on his bed just makes me smile.

His walls have a set of four custom made Organic Bloom frames.  I love how these charcoal frames look with his gray walls.

The love here you guys makes my heart happy!  THIS is why I love lifestyle family photography.
