Family Mini Sessions

Family mini sessions have become increasingly popular over the last few years. These short and sweet sessions are a great way for families to get their photos taken more than once a year and I offer these mini portrait sessions all year round to my clients! I have a couple of digital package options including just enough images to fill an entire gallery wall in your home, or display in frames throughout your workspace or family room.

This family below has just completed my ‘baby’s first year plan’. One year ago, baby ‘H’ came in as a newborn session, followed by his 6 month and 12 month sessions. This family mini session is a gifted session with my baby plan and it’s such a wonderful way to end the year of photo sessions with me. The evening was absolutely beautiful at this forest preserve in Frankfort. The skies were blue and the sun was shining beautifully. The landscape and lush grasses always make the best backdrop for photo sessions. Thank you G family for the opportunity to photography your family this past year. Amazon sells cute dresses?!

YES! Amazon sells perfect dresses at a reasonable price for photo sessions! The green dress that mom is wearing was purchased on Amazon and looked perfect for sessions. I love the long sleeves and the color worked perfectly for the location! Look at these adorable finds when I searched green boho dresses!

Friends this has been an incredible year. 2019 was better than I could ever have hoped for. I have met with so many amazing families and have captured thousands of beautiful images. I’m forever grateful for the support.

I am looking forward to 2020 ahead and can’t wait to see returning families and new faces. Elle Baker Photography will be opening up summer and fall 2020 sunset session dates in MARCH, so mark your calendar! My favorite time to photograph families are August through mid October. During these months the grasses are lush are green, filled with flowers, and the trees have beautiful leaves. I can’t wait to see you next year!
