Ten years ago

Almost a decade ago I was sitting in my office sketching out my dream studio, listing my dream clients (babies babies and more babies), and making a wish list.  I knew what I had in mind, and there was nothing like this offered at the time.  I knew I wanted a white studio, with scrumptious babies, focused on candid and unposed baby imagery.  Slowly over the years my passion has naturally gravitated towards baby led and unposed portraiture.  My idea of the ‘ideal client’ is a baby in the MOST simple of outfits with props consisting of a small wooden toy or blanket along side them.  Their hair in their most natural state and showcasing 100% of their personality in every image.  Their smiles are genuine and you feel all the good feels when you look scroll through your gallery slideshow.

I am so incredibly lucky to meet the people that I meet and become friends with almost all of them.  A session never ends without a hug and most of the time a coffee date.  I would be HONORED to be considered as your newborn, baby, and/or family photographer and would love to chat with you about reserving a session.

This smiley girl

OH was this girl a doll.  She walked in with a smile on her face and my cheeks hurt from smiling along with her throughout this session.  Between her tongue that she couldn’t help but stick out, her beautiful auburn hair and curls, to her squinty smile eyes, I fell in love with her.  I am excited to say I’m photographing her again this month at her outdoor family session and I can’t wait to hug this sweet girl!
