Baby Led Sitter Session | Documenting baby’s first year

I had such a wonderful morning today with this little girl during her baby led sitter session.  Her personality is gentle and sweet and it was a pleasure working with this family again. She is almost seven months old which is the ideal age to document this special milestone age.  Babies this age are able to sit up completely unsupported which allows for a beautiful variety of different poses in their gallery.

I call this baby led ‘pose’ the tripod pose and it is one of my favorites that babies naturally do.  They gently place their hands in front of them and if you sing a gentle lullaby they tend to give you eye contact and sometimes even a smile.

Finger dimples are a must when documenting this beautiful milestone.

This tiny girl was able to wear a newborn sized, handmade bonnet by Lavender Blue Baby.  Her designs are gorgeous and have a simplistic look to them.

I have a wonderful collection package including four sessions.  A full newborn session, a six month milestone session, a twelve month birthday milestone session, and a complimentary family session at the end of the first year!  You can read more about this wonderful package on my investment page.  We will capture an amazing gallery of images from the entire first year of your baby’s life.  Special milestones include sitting up completely unsupported, rolling over, crawling, pulling up, grasping toys, eating toes, toddling, and even walking.  At the twelfth month and birthday session we will celebrate baby’s first year with a small white cupcake cake smash and my studio filled with white balloons.
