Take a peek into my Chicago photography studio!

Welcome to my Chicago photography studio!  My home away from home and the space where I can create.  When it comes to choosing a location for your portrait session, a professional space is key. Conveniently located in Homer Glen, not far from the city of Chicago, my natural light studio has everything you need for your session including a studio baby wardrobe and other amenities. The studio is relaxed and inviting with neutral tones and textures. Sunlight fills the room with glowing light and the white walls and flooring reflect a minimalist look.

This very large 40×60 canvas has one of my most favorite baby faces to look at.  It was the first image I added to my workspace almost seven years ago.  My son was only a few months old here and I love everything about this larger than life size image of him.  As I was cleaning out the space, simplifying and decluttering, it was one piece I couldn’t part with.

Favorite products

These beautiful custom designed and hand crafted walnut photo boxes are one of my favorite products I offer to clients.  They hold hundreds of loose leaf prints and are the perfect product for those looking to add to their print collection over the years.  They come in five different finishes and I personally have a collection of six at my home.  I add family portraits and pictures of my kids to them often.

Custom framing is a always a favorite for my clients.  I have an assortment of modern and simple framing options and I love creating custom gallery walls in client’s homes.

In this area of the studio, I shoot most of my newborns and babies.  The simple white flooring and wall creates a beautiful neutral space for my sessions.  I have all of the amenities of home including a baby changing station, newborn diapers and wipes, and a baby wardrobe.

Can you ever have enough albums?  ( The answer is no, ha!) I absolutely LOVE everything about simple and modern album designs.  I have books and albums of my family all over my home and look at them on the daily.  There are many options including velvet and linen hardcovers, soft and had pages, embossing, the list goes on and on.  I would love to share with you some of my favorites next time you swing by the studio!

This is just a snippet of my very large blanket collection.  I have a wardrobe filled with dozens and dozens of blankets and wraps.  Every blanket, wrap, and backdrop photographs differently and I love them all for different reasons!
