I absolutely ADORE working with this Chicago family every year.  We have the best time during our sessions and I really love our time spent together.  It was only a year ago that this sweet mama had baby V still in her belly.  You can take a peek at that session here.  As a Chicago family and lifestyle photographer I allow the families to be themselves during sessions. I ask them to be playful with one another and just be in the moment, documenting their interactions.  Take a peek at one of the most beautiful sessions and with the dreamiest watercolor skies.

This session took place at one of my favorite parks and preserves near Frankfort, Illinois.  the grasses are beautiful and the hills were so fun for this little girl to run down.  This family played, giggled, and smelled wild flowers the entire time which allowed me to capture so many special moments.

The sibling tackle hug is always one of my favorites.

Sunset Sessions

Over the years, my outdoor sunset sessions have become my most popular sessions amongst clients.  During the months of September through November I am booked almost every day with family sunset sessions.  I absolutely love these sessions and having the opportunity to work with such incredible families.  Sessions are always relaxed and fun and we use local parks, preserves, fields, and beaches to capture beautiful memories in the Chicagoland area.  Over the years I have learned that my most favorite moments to capture are those sweet moments in between.  The moments right before or immediately following a ‘formal photo’.

During this time of year I receive daily inquiries asking to schedule their family session.  I am opening my ‘summer/fall booking schedule’ in April of 2019, so make sure to mark your calendars!  I will be taking less sessions next year so spots will be somewhat limited.  Weekend dates are always the first to book so make sure to contact me early in the year to snag one of those spots!
