Terms and Conditions ~ Full payment is required to hold your session spot and payment is non refundable under any circumstance. Should your child not be able to attend their Santa session, you may transfer your session to another party or use as a credit for a future session.  Photos will not be retaken because your child cries or is scared of Santa.  Because Santa’s very hectic schedule this time of year, should you be 10 minutes late or miss your scheduled time, your time slot will be forfeited and you can come back another day for a wreath mini session.  All sales on digital files, prints and products are final.

Copyright ~ Elle Baker Photography retains all copyright and provides a personal print release with all downloads. Elle Baker Photography may use images from Santa sessions for marketing purposes (online, social media, or in print).

Clothing ~ I have more details with wardrobe recommendations that will be emailed to you upon booking!

Styling ~ Styling this year will be very minimalistic and I will only be using Santa as my ‘prop’.  This year I will be staying true to my Elle Baker Photography brand and focusing on the connection and emotion of your child(ren) with Santa.
