Studio Rental For Photographers and Creatives

Photographers and artists alike this special announcement is for YOU!  I’m now offering a studio rental for photographers and creatives. Although this summer… fall… summer weather has been fantastic for outdoor sessions here in Chicago, winter IS coming soon and I want to share my studio space with you!  My studio is located in Homer Glen and I am opening it up to rent during the colder months for photographers, artists, yoga instructors, small groups, independent consultants, etc.

The cozy space is 800 square feet including a lounge area, shooting area, bathroom, and office space and is ideal for boudoir sessions, small families, workshop hosts, IPS appointments/ viewing sessions, and consults.   The studio is relaxed and inviting with neutral tones. Sunlight fills the room with glowing light and the white walls and flooring reflect a minimalistic look.  A nearby field and beautiful outdoor location make it the perfect place to seamlessly transition from in studio to outdoor.

Amenities

Amenities include a large natural light shooting area, sitting/waiting area for clients, desk for consultations, Keurig coffee pot, & restroom.

FAQS

• A business license and certificate of insurance is required and a studio rental agreement must be signed.
• A $50.00 rental fee per hour will be charged if you fall past the rental period.
• Animals and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Please bring all of the props necessary for your sessions.  Use of newborn bean bag is available, however all props (including blankets, wraps, baskets and bowls, headbands and hats, studio wardrobe, furniture/chairs/crib, etc) are not to be used.
• Security deposit of $100 is required to confirm the reservation and full payment is due 48 hours before rental date.
