In home lifestyle session

I just loved working with this family during their in home lifestyle session.  These two sisters were so fun and had a great time playing in their big girl bedroom!  Their giggles were contagious and we all had a great time.

Lifestyle sessions are becoming more and more popular as a photography trend, and I am so happy to offer them to my clients.  Your session takes place in the comfort of your home and we move from room to room to shoot different ‘every day scenes’.

Preparing for your in home lifestyle session

I totally get it.  The thought of having someone in your home documenting your home and life can be daunting.  But relax and understand that only one to three rooms, with the best natural light, need to be tidy and cleaned up.  Remove clutter from corners and tables, and just leave the room as is.  There is something so awesome about looking at old images of our grandparents and great grandparents and seeing the small details of the room they were in.  New toys and decor will be a memory one day and it’s so fun to capture real and authentic images.

Next, relax and enjoy the session.  We will discuss some activities for your family to do during the session to make your time enjoyable.  Making a tent, baking in the kitchen, bath time, jumping on beds, and pillow fights are just some of my favorites.

Simply fill out the contact form and I will be in touch!  We will plan your entire session from start to finish including wardrobe ideas!  I am currently booking January-April 2018 sessions.  I travel to Naperville, Homer Glen, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Wheaton, New Lenox, and Frankfort areas.
